Job Description:

The Push International Performing Arts Festival is seeking a highly organized team-builder who enjoys systems development, to join the organization in the role of Patron Services and Administration Manager during a transformational moment in its evolution.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, the Patron Services and Administration Manager is a key team member responsible for ensuring patrons have a positive experience when connecting with PuSh to purchase tickets, make donations, volunteer, or attend an event. The Patron Services and Administration Manager maintains patron management tools, including the CRM database, and other day-to-day administrative systems.

Highlights of the Position:
Salary 50,000 - 55,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

This full-time, year-round position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Year-round:
- Oversee office systems maintenance including filing, office petty cash, phones, and email accounts.
- Lead the management and maintenance of the CRM database (box office) system.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activity, including organizing monthly credit card reconciliations and supporting annual audits
- Support the Development department with donor management, patrons development and executing fundraising campaigns.
- Support the Communications department to coordinate the delivery and execution of marketing and communications initiatives delivered through the patron management system.
- Manage office and systems for on-boarding for new staff members.

Festival specific:
- Participate in the planning and development of ticketing strategies.
- Onboarding of new and returning Festival contract staff including training and set-up of internal communication tools.
- Liaise with co-presenting and partner organizations to coordinate ticket booking and reporting.
- Determine FOH personnel plans in collaboration with the Festival Producer, Volunteer Coordinator, and Accessible PuSh Coordinator.
- Develop, maintain and supervise the Box Office department and policies for each annual festival.
- Set up festival box office systems, including those for held and complimentary tickets.
- Build shows, ticketing, reporting, etc, in the ticketing platform.
- Manage venue box office: scheduling, reporting, reconciliations.
- Maintain all records related to audience, volunteer, and personnel statistics.
- Assist contract staff with the coordination of Festival events, receptions and parties.
- Hire, train, and supervise Box Office Coordinator and Box Office Representatives.

Candidates’ experience
- 3+ years box office or arts administration experience or equivalent experience including customer service that involved use of a CRM or patron management software.

Exceptional candidates will have
- Experience in arts and culture.
- Supervisory experience in patron services
- Experience with Theatre Manager and/or Spektrix CRM and ticketing systems
- Intermediate experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Asana
- Financial literacy
