Job Description:

Reporting to the Patron Services Officer, the Box Office Representative is responsible for assisting with the annual subscription campaign and tickets sales in our Box Office. We will be hiring full and/or part time contract positions, with an anticipated start date of February 11, 2025.

Responsibilities:

This contract position includes answering patron inquiries by phone and/or email, accurately booking and/or renewing subscription packages and tickets, tracking and updating patron data, helping patrons navigate the symphony’s website, handling payment, and providing the highest possible level of patron service.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidates will have:

experience in sales and/or customer service
excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
strong communication skills
experience working in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with Microsoft Office
basic accounting and/or math skills
background or strong interest in the arts an asset
experience with Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Tessitura) a strong asset

Remuneration:
