In Budget 2021, released June 28, the Government of Canada committed $1.9 billion to help support the arts, culture, heritage and sport sectors, including a $300M Recovery Fund for Arts, Culture, Heritage and Sport Sectors, $200M Reopening Fund, and the $200M Major Festivals and Events Support Initiative.
