Canada Council for the Arts Launches Portal For New Funding Model

Earlier this month, the Canada Council for the Arts rolled out the online portal for the six new funding programs that replace its previous granting programs. The new protocol were first announced last year and were the result of conversations and consultations with artists across the country. More information about each of the new granting programs can be found at canadacouncil.ca/en/funding/grants.

Applicants must register on the new online portal 30 days in advance of applying for funding. You can learn more about eligibility, the new granting process, and create an account through the new portal at apply.canadacouncil.ca.
