Call for Artists Description:
We are thrilled to announce the call for artists to participate in STAND Festival 2025!
The STAND Festival ( Strength Through Art Network Diversity) celebrates immigrant and refugee artists. It showcases powerful stories through theatre, dance, music, and visual arts and creates a platform for diverse voices, fostering connection and cultural understanding.
Scheduled to unfold from November 1-10, 2025, this distinctive festival will span three venues in North Vancouver and Downtown Vancouver. We welcome submissions from immigrant and refugee artists to showcase their talents in theatre, music, dance, art exhibitions, and live interactive performances.

Fees/Compensation:
There is an application review fee 0f $20
benefits for the artists if selected:
Artists benefits:
• 25 hours of rehearsal space
• 4 hours of tech time in the venue
• Free venue for the performance day
• Technical Director for the performance day
• Stage Manager for the performance day
• Box office ticketing support and Front-of-House staff
• Basic publicity
• 70% of net box office revenues
• A secured spot for the show at STAND Festival 2025
