“War in Living Colour” is a one-day pop-exhibit of Ukrainian wartime illustrations that creates a unique opportunity to learn about the experience of war through the lens of artists directly impacted by Russia’s full scale invasion. Exploring the themes of resistance, evacuation, children during war, daily life in bomb shelters and under shelling, among others, this collection reflects the illustrators’ direct experience of threat, anger, fear and pride. It is a unique and penetrating way to let Ukrainians have their own say about the war.
