Vancouver Foundation and Vantage Point to Host Meeting on Non-Profit Collaboration

Between now and June 26, the Select Standing Committee on Finance & Government Services is consulting British Columbians on the 2021 provincial budget. As such, Vancouver Foundation and Vantage Point are hosting a Zoom meeting on June 4 to further intentional collaboration among the non-profit sector.

The goals of the meeting are:

1.  To hear from Vancouver Foundation CEO Kevin McCort and Vantage Point Executive Director Alison Brewin about how the sector is responding to current and emerging trends.

2. To map who in the sector is making presentations or written submissions.

3. To explore the possibility of a shared opening statement about the size, scope, and impact of the sector’s work.

4. To identify themes and connect organizations within similar clusters so they can collaborate directly.
