BC Government Seeks Input on Societies Act

The BC government is conducting a consultation on proposed amendments to the Societies Act. Over the past two and a half years, the government has been monitoring how the new Act has been working for societies. Based on feedback, proposed amendments have been developed to address the issues that have come to light.

The deadline for feedback is August 23, 2019.
