CHRC Launches Survey on Workplace Harassment

As part of the Cultural Human Resource Council (CHRC)’s Respectful Workplace in the Arts, CHRC has engaged Jeanne LeSage of LeSage Arts Management to further explore the feasibility of support mechanisms for employers in the performing, literary, and visual arts who are faced with cases of workplace harassment.
CHRC is asking ask for your assistance in gathering information. Jeanne has created a survey to look at your concerns, needs and ideas about how to support organizations in conducting investigations in response to cases of workplace harassment. Responses are confidential, and will only be seen by Jeanne, who will bring forward aggregate summary information into a public report.
The target respondents for this survey are English employers across Canada and French employers outside of Quebec for the artistic disciplines of Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Literary Arts. The links to the survey (in English and French) are below, and will be open until December 6, 2019.
