2017 Permit Fee Assistance
Arts and culture non-profits can get up to $1,500 to help pay for building or development permit fees in cultural spaces.
If you're renovating, constructing, or adapting the use of a non-profit cultural space, you could be eligible for a grant of up to $,1500 to help pay for development or building permit fees. Applications are open and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis until available funds are spent.
Examples of projects that would need a permit:
- Demising area into smaller studios
- Changing the use of a building
- Changing or moving an interior wall
- Making exterior additions to a building
