BC Artscape To Open Multi-Tenant Creative Hub in Vancouver's Chinatown

BC Artscape has announced its first project in Vancouver, scheduled to open in October 2017. The non-profit, which was established in 2014 to develop and operate unique cultural spaces in BC, has announced that negotiations are being finalized on approximately 48,000 square feet of vacant space at the Sun Wah Centre at 268 Keefer Street. The building will be transformed into a dynamic, multi-tenant creative hub that meets the need of artists and cultural organizations and responds to the unique neighbourhood around in Chinatown.

BC Artscape is now looking for partners now to help inform the project vision, design, and operation of the space and potential tenancies.
