Attend the Final West End Art Plan Consulation

After gathering extensive input from residents and stakeholders, WE Arts will hold the final West End Art Plan consultation event on May 31, 2015 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Empire Landmark Hotel located at 1400 Robson Street.

Funded by the City of Vancouver’s Community and Neighbourhood Arts Development grant program, the West End Art Plan provides residents with the opportunity to define their cultural priorities for their neighbourhood to help shape the future of the West End as it undergoes increasing development and growth.

This event may be of interest to all Vancouver artists, as an example of the first neighbourhood to create an art plan to present to City Council. Immediate plans include running a pop-up gallery and art market, while the long run aims to see an arts venue (with a theatre) and a live/work laneway studios for artists. 

WE Arts invites all West End and Coal Harbour residents to attend this free event. Food and light refreshments will be provided.
