This national symposium brings together indigenous and settler/immigrant artists who collaborate to create art with, for and about community. Come explore community-engaged arts and the complex way forward in the long shadow of colonialism.

Special conference events include the cultural feast The Big House (May 10), an interdisciplinary artists intervention in Stanley Park, performance by Peter Morin, Ayumi Goto, Standing Wave Ensemble, Git Hayetsk Dance Group and the launch of the Train of Thought, a national community arts journey across Canada.
