Alcuin Society Announces 8th Robert Reid Award Winner

The Alcuin Society has named Rod McDonald, type designer, educator, and writer from Lake Echo, Nova Scotia, as the winner of the eighth Robert R. Reid Award and Medal for lifetime achievement in the book arts in Canada, for the year 2015.

The award will be presented to him this fall in Vancouver; presentation dates to be announced.

The seventh award, for 2014, will be presented to Jan and Crispin Elsted of Barbarian Press, on June 8, also in Vancouver.
