BC Association for Charitable Gaming 2014 Symposium
/The BC Association for Charitable Gaming hosts its 2014 Symposium over two days this fall, with a theme around Public Policy and Communications. Some time will also be dedicated to discussing the Community Gaming Grant program.
Symposium speakers will include Ursula Cowland, Executive Director of the Gaming Policy & Enforcement Branch, who will discuss "Preparing – from the Beginning – for your Audit and Common Concerns in Rejections and Reconsiderations." A Q&A session may also be included as part of this conversation.
Other speakers will include former premier, Mike Harcourt as the Opening Speaker and facilitator of a workshop on "Influencing Public Policy in BC"; and Susan Dolinski, VP Communications for BC Lottery Corp along with Chuck Keeling, VP Stakeholder and Community Relations at Great Canadian Casino on "Motivating Communities and Communicating Your Message with Effect."
