Call for Artists Description:
Progress Lab 1422 is seeking submissions from companies and individuals interested in tenancy and becoming part of the PL1422 community. New resident companies will be selected based on shared values, alignment with space needs, and the ability to commit to a multi-year lease.
C-Space is looking for engaged organizations that can independently run vibrant operations
while contributing to the collective at PL1422. This includes membership on the C-Space
board, committee involvement, and active participation in the C-Space community.
If you’re seeking stable office space and regular access to Progress Lab rehearsal space and gear, this opportunity might be for you.
How to Apply:
We welcome submissions from everyone, particularly those in performance creation. We strongly encourage applications from marginalized or underrepresented communities, including Indigenous, Black, and people of colour; as well as diverse age groups, sexual orientations, and gender identities. If the process presents barriers, please reach out in a way that works for you.
While we welcome applicants with disabilities, please note that the office spaces for rent are on the second floor and only accessible by stairs.
