Job Description:

THE POSITION

The successful candidate will serve as an Executive Assistant, supporting and reporting to Wener Mgmt’s President, and on-occasion the Day-to-Day Manager. The position is a full-time, in-office role.

You will assist across various areas, including but not limited to:
-Touring logistics and coordination
-Budgeting and financial planning
-Marketing strategy development
-Distribution and promotion
-Publicity management
-Royalty tracking and publishing
-Digital and social media strategy
-Tech support and digital asset management
-Contracting and visa applications
-Data management and analysis
-Securing funding and grants
-General administrative tasks

Responsibilities:

Key Administrative Responsibilities:

-General assistant duties as directed -Schedule and calendar management
-Setting up conference calls, call times, and meetings
-Scheduling personal and professional appointments and meetings
-Handle incoming calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
-Draft and prepare official documents, memos, and reports as needed
-Help manage the President’s workflow, task list, inbox, and private endeavors
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace
-Assist in creating and implementing office policies and procedures
-Financial file organization
-Assist in event planning and coordination
-Organizing and maintaining contact information
-Coordinating and booking travel, ensuring all travel protocols are met
-Managing travel rewards programs and tracking travel expenses
-Computer backups, junk mail checks, and general tech maintenance
-Managing password logs and other administrative duties

Qualifications:

Skills & Experience Required:

-Exceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
-Capable of managing a large volume of tasks
-Ability to handle challenging situations, be proactive, troubleshoot, and problem-solve
-Resourcefulness, self-sufficiency, and a drive to grow your career
-Knowledge of MS Office, Google Drive, Dropbox and Mac computers is essential
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
-Energetic, proactive, and capable of thinking on your feet
-Willingness to learn and learn quickly
-Availability outside of regular office hours on occasion
-Interest in the music industry and artist management
-Experience in the music industry is a bonus but not required
-Bonus experience includes Don Passman’s “All You Need to Know About the Music Business”

Remuneration:

$35,000 - $40,000, and can be scaled further with experience.
