CELEBRATE YOUR BOARD!!

The Society to Bridge Arts and the Community in partnership with the Alliance for Arts and Culture would like to invite you to do THREE things:

• Nominate an outstanding Board Member for consideration for the 2010 Board Member of the Year Award, to be given out at this year’s Arts Fete on December 2.

• Attend the Arts Fete this year and bring along board members to mix and mingle with other board members and artist from all disciplines.

• PLEASE forward this message to your board president to encourage participation, and to ensure a solid slate for the jury to choose from.

Past recipients have included Dr. Stanley Hamilton, Jane Heyman, and Camilla Tibbs.

The winner will be announced at the Alliance’s annual Arts Fete celebration, taking place at the Scotiabank Dance Centre on Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 4 to 7 pm.

Please find the 2010 Board Member of the Year Nomination Form attached below.  Fill out the form and send it in to us at info@allianceforarts.com to nominate your Board Member of the Year.

Deadline for nominations is 5 pm, November 19, 2010.
One nomination per organization.

This is a rare opportunity to interconnect and broaden our sense of community.
