As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services to the arts and culture sector, we have engaged the United Community Services Co-op to assist us through a strategic planning process.

Here is a link to a short online survey that will help us in our endeavours. We would appreciate your candid feedback.

All results will be send directly to the consultants to ensure the confidentiality of your individual results.

We would appreciate receiving your feedback by the end of day Monday, May 5th, so that the results can be tabulated and assessed prior to our AGM in June.
