Save the Dates for Arts Summit 2013

Pencil us in for Friday and Saturday, June 21 and 22 and plan to attend Arts Summit 2013 at the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre.  

The theme for this year's Summit will be "Towards A Cultural Policy Framework" as we explore the ways and means for developing a comprehensive cultural policy for BC and launch a one-year initiative with the goal of returning to Arts Summit 2014 with a final document for discussion and ratification. 

Our Honourary Chair for Arts Summit 2013 is Nini Baird, who forty years ago chaired the Arts Access 1973 conference, out of which came the creation of today's BC Arts Council and our provincial Cultural Services Branch. 

So save the dates and plan to join us. Further details will be announced shortly and Summit registration will open in March.
