Opportunity for Funding Through Job Creation Partnerships Initiative
/The Ministry of Social Development and Social Innovation is implementing an initiative called Job Creation Partnerships. The purpose of this initiative is to support projects that provide community benefit while creating jobs that provide unemployed EI-eligible individuals with opportunities to gain meaningful work experience.
Eligible applicants include:
- Non-profit organizations
- Municipal governments
- Band and tribal councils
- Public health and educational institutions
- And some businesses and private sector organizations which may be eligible under certain conditions.
