Nominations Open for 2015 YWCA Metro Vancouver Women of Distinction Awards

Do you know a woman who has made exceptional contributions to the fields of arts, culture or design in Metro Vancouver? Submit a nomination by January 22!

The Women of Distinction Awards is YWCA Metro Vancouver's premier fundraising event. Recognized nationally, the Awards honour extraordinary women leaders whose outstanding achievements contribute to the well-being and future of our community.

Nominations are now open for the 2015 Awards, which will be presented at an Awards reception and dinner held at the Vancouver Convention Centre on Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Award recipients are announced at the dinner.

Nomination deadline: Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 12 noon

In addition to the Arts, Culture & Design category, awards are also issued for Business & the Professions; Community Champion; Education, Training & Development; Entrepreneurship; Environmental Sustainability; Health & Wellness; Non-Profit or Public Service; Technology, Science & Research; Young Woman of Distinction; and Outstanding Workplace.
