New Works Welcomes New Executive Director

There's a new face at New Works this fall: executive director Quincey Kirschner. 

Kirschner hails from the healthcare sector, and has a strong background in politics and advocacy. She brings to her new role with New Works extensive experience in financial management, human resource management and fundraising. 

New Works invites the public to meet Kirschner at the organization's AGM on September 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Heritage Hall (3102 Main Street Vancouver), to be followed by a season launch party at 6:00 p.m.  

Admission is free for New Works members, pay-what-you-can at the door for the general public (cash only). 

The season launch party will feature performances by the response., The Contingency Plan, Karen Flamenco and Lorita Leung Dance Company.
