BC Artscape Announces Cultural Space Development Mentorship and Coaching Program
/Does your organization have a cultural space development project that would benefit from mentorship and coaching support?
Artscape is a Canadian leader in creative placemaking and has successfully developed a growing portfolio of multi-tenant, mixed-use cultural spaces. BC Artscape, Artscape’s new affiliate, has just announced an exciting new program: the BC Artscape Cultural Space Development Mentorship and Coaching Program builds the capacity of non-profit arts and cultural organizations in the Metro Vancouver area and helps them advance their own cultural space development projects.
This program delivers strategic, financial, real estate, community engagement and partnership-building skills to participants, as well as project-specific support in key areas including leadership, vision, planning, operations and programming, based on Artscape’s nearly 30-year history in developing unique arts and cultural facilities.
And it’s all offered at no cost thanks to generous funding from the City of Vancouver and the Vancity Community Foundation.
Qualifying organizations are invited to apply by February 13, 2015 at 5 p.m. PST.
