"Art Attack": Where 20 Vancouver Artists Come Together and Paint Their "Art" Out
/On September 12 the Waterfall building will host “Vancouver Art Attack” where 20 of Vancouver’s elite artists will “paint their art out” over 4 hours, creating auctionable masterpieces; with a minimum bid of $1000.
During the live portion of the event (12-4 p.m.), students from Emily Carr, UBC, SFU Langara, Kwantlen and other art programs will benefit from participating in live networking while having an educational experience listening to key speakers from within the art world, such as curators, gallery owners and successful local and international artists. There will also be other forms of entertainment, a cash bar and door prizes.
The evening portion event will be open to a limited number of guests, including high profile art collectors. The finished work will be open for bidding via a live curated auction.
