Applications Open For Cultural Amenity Space

The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified Vancouver-based arts and cultural non-profit organizations who may be interested in a long term lease for nominal rent of an approximately 44,000 square foot cultural amenity space located at 140 West 1st Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, that is suitable for performance, exhibition, rehearsal, production, storage and office space.

Eligibility: Proponents should be established non-profit arts and cultural organizations based in Vancouver.

Key Dates:

°          Intent to Submit Form Deadline / June 18, 2012

°          Proposal Submission Deadline / July 3, 2012

°          Occupancy of Premises for Fit Out* / December 2012
