Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given of the  23rd Annual General Meeting  to members and friends of the   Alliance for Arts and Culture  

Thursday, June 25, 2009  4:00 pm to 5:00 pm 

at the Vancouver Public Library -  Alice Mackay Room  350 West Georgia Street, Vancouver

The following business will be considered by the membership: 

1. Report by the directors to the members
2. Report by management to the members 
3. Presentation of the Auditor’s Report and Financial Statements 
4. Appointment of the auditors for 2009 
5. Special Resolutions (1-Membership, 2-Quorum, 3-Notices will be voted upon at the AGM) 
6. Election of the 2009 - 2010 Board of Directors 
7. Vancouver Arts Website 

Any other business as may properly be brought before the meeting 

RECEPTION  5:00 pm to 6:30 pm  Following the business of the Annual General Meeting, the Alliance will hold a reception.
