Self Care and Zine Workshops Available for Youths

What is self-care? While this term is sometimes thrown around, the Kamloops Art Gallery wants to delve a little deeper to add some nuance to how we care for ourselves, as well as each other. This workshop is an opportunity to share in the joys of exploration, imagination, and inspiration to expand beyond the typical definitions of self-care.
