Call for applications: Indigenous Studio Art Award

Griffin Art Projects is committed to providing support, resources, and profile for Indigenous artists. This is a studio-only residency opportunity intended for artists living in the metro-Vancouver area. GRIFFIN typically hosts two residents at a time. The successful applicant receives:

➔ 2 months of rent-free studio space in Griffin Art Project’s residency building in July and August 2022.
➔ A residency artist fee of $2000.00
➔ The opportunity to share the works created throughout the residency during an open studio event organized and promoted by Griffin Art Projects.
➔ The opportunity for professional development and networking opportunities in Vancouver and beyond.

How to apply:

Griffin Art Projects accepts submissions in a variety of formats! If a text-based application is not your preference, we also accept audio and video submissions, which we can help record for you upon need and request. Artists who wish to apply through audio/video recordings, or those who would like application assistance are asked to get in touch with us at info@griffinartprojects.ca.
