The 2023 Festival Lottery Applications are now open for the September 7 to 17 festival.
The application closes on January 13, 2023, after which they will host the Lottery party on February 9 to discover which artists and shows jump out of the hat to become part of the 2023 Vancouver Fringe Festival.
