Call to Artists: 2023 Black History Month Exhibition

As part of Black History Month, the Richmond Cultural Centre is inviting artists to submit proposals for a community arts exhibition at the Upper Rotunda Gallery.

This annual exhibition recognizes and honours the legacy, culture and contributions of Black Canadians and their communities.

This program is presented by the City of Richmond’s Arts Services in partnership with Richmond Black History Month.
