BC Heritage Awards Opens Nominations

Heritage BC has opened nominations for the BC Heritage Awards, which celebrates outstanding achievements and best practices that have impacted and strengthened all forms of heritage as a valued cultural resource in communities throughout British Columbia.

The BC Heritage Awards recognizes the achievements of individuals, organizations, groups, businesses, and local and regional governments in communities across BC. Awards are presented in five categories:

• Conservation

• Planning and Management

• Education, Communications and Awareness

• Lifetime Achievement (professional)

• Distinguished Service (volunteer)

Community members are invited to submit nominations here by Friday, November 8, 2019.
