Order of British Columbia Open for Nominations

The Order of British Columbia.

The call for nominations for the Order of British Columbia is now open. Nominations must be received by March 1, 2019, to be considered this year.  Anything received after March 1, will be considered next year.

Any British Columbian (or former long-term resident) who has demonstrated outstanding achievement, excellence or distinction in any field, including arts, culture and/or community service, is eligible to receive the Order of British Columbia. For more information on how to nominate, click here.

Information on the province’s other honour, the Medal of Good Citizenship, which recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the well-being of their communities, can be found here. There is no nomination deadline for the MGC.
