CRD Arts Service Seeks Public Input
/The Capital Regional District (CRD) Arts Service is seeking input and feedback from the arts community and stakeholders on moving the arts forward in the region as part of a consultation process and campaign called Building Our #ArtsFuture Together.
The consultation process, administered by external consultant Strategic Moves, is designed to identify community priorities towards realizing the goals of the CRD Arts Plan. A report on the pre-consultations, which took place in June 2016, can be found here.
Through the consultation the CRD Arts Service will foster conversations about priorities for the arts in the region, collect data and share findings from online surveys, interviews and other outreach activities. Details of the process can be found online here. The website includes background documents and resources, a discussion board, and a map for you to share information on your participation in arts activities in the CRD.
The public consultation process runs from June to November 2016, with an Implementation Framework and Recommendations to be delivered in December 2016.
