What’s Your Cultural Policy Wish List?

Tell us what you want!  Visit the Arts Summit 2013 Facebook Group and take part in building a Cultural Policy Wish List.

June 21 and 22 we will gather at the Roundhouse for Arts Summit 2013, with four goals for the two days of activities. 

First we’ll educate ourselves about cultural policy models and content from other jurisdictions. Then we’ll turn the conversation to what British Columbians would like to see included in a provincial Cultural Policy (that’s where your Wish List comes in), and then we’ll decide on a strategy for the following twelve months to enable us to return in June of next year with a “white paper” for discussion and ratification. Finally, we’ll strike the Task Force that will carry out that twelve-month plan.
